My stay at Palazzo Marzoli Charme Resort was a mixed bag. The views were absolutely amazing and the staff, especially Junior and Franco, really made an effort to be helpful. However, the hotel charged extra for internet, and I ran into some issues with rude staff during my stay, particularly during check-out which left a sour note.
